The K1 is our entry level model for narrow web Digital & Flexographic printers looking for a reasonable investment. The K1 operates at 100 meters per minute with a 55mm to 200mm lay flat production. Optional kits may be purchased for narrow web production up to 18mm. The machine is portable on wheels and may be powered via 110V or 220V power. The solvent application is via wick and the forming system utilizes the proven Karlville fully adjustable forming design. The machine features a cantilevered unwind & rewind. The rewind has the Karlville oscillation system integrated into the rewind shaft. The K1 is easy to operate and offers lay flat tolerances well within industry standards. For the K1, we also provide web based services to help you jump start your operation.
