Narrow web press for the production of labels, plastic
film for packaging and light carton board.
The Flexy is an extremely compact machine, made up of inline
modular elements on a base frame. Ideal for short print runs, Flexy
guarantees high quality and cost efficiency. An intuitive
interface, a sliding console on each printing unit, and removable
and interchangeable inking cassettes make the Flexy extremely easy
to use and particularly fast to changeover. Using advanced
technology, the Flexy allows you to set and store job parameters,
web tension, print repetition, anilox volumes and colour sequences.
The press is available with a combination of UV flexo, water base
flexo, UV screen, cold and hot foil application, cold lamination,
and hot lamination. The complete range of accessory modules allows
the manufacture of special products, such as booklet labels; the
product can be delivered on a roll, folded, sheeted, or die cut
into the desired shape.
