TV 840 Easy is a flexible, sturdy and highly productive machine, suitable for large productions of napkins. The TV 840 Easy is able to make over 4,000 napkins a minute and folds of various types, using different formats and materials (one or more ply tissue, paper, nonwoven materials, dry laid). The machine can run on more shifts at its top speed without any imbalance. Thanks to the automated transfer of the products to the packaging machine, the entire process is further speeded up. Regardless of the used material, the TV 840 Easy guarantees an absolute precision in the embossing, printing and folding phases.
