Machine for in-line converting of disposable products:

TV 505 is the best choice for quality print and in-line converting
of disposable products (napkins and other folded products in tissue
or the different nonwoven materials). The machine embosses, prints,
folds, counts and transfers napkins in various dimensions, made of
different types of materials, in a single completely automated
pass, from the roll to the finished product. The working process is
extremely simple and fast and above all guarantees an optimal
quality of the outcome. Thanks to its independent electric-axis
motors on all print units and its cassette embosser handling, the
TV 505 allows an extreme flexibility in productivity and a
significant noise reduction, maintenance, waste and start-up times
as well as an unrivalled print quality.
