Combined printing press for safety products: UV flexo + water base + UV offset + digital ink-jet.
The press has been prearranged to make scratch and win tickets, but it can also be configured in simpler versions to make other safety products such as lottery and games, telephone or revolving cards. It is designed for specific projects that allow to customize solutions for each need.

This complete and complex line for safety print is composed of two machines, the largest of which reaches 56m length.

The line can work up to 200m/min on 3 working shifts to guarantee huge production volumes.

The machine shown in the picture is a real print and game management integrated system. Instant lotteries are namely relatively simple products to be reproduced, even if they still have a very high intrinsic value (higher than money in itself).
Print is 100% controlled in order to guarantee that no wrong, double or lacking ticket goes on the market. That's why tickets shall be controlled one by one, identified through barcode, stored, eliminated and then reprinted.
Omet follows the entire process, from the conception of the game, print, and final safety control to finishing processes in the various required versions.
