A B Graphic International's automatic core loader provides continuous precise loading of cores onto the rewind mandrels of the turret rewinder.

Available with almost all of the Vectra turret range the automatic core loader can space cores with high levels of accuracy and can be spaced accordingly.

The automatic core loader can be hopper fed, manual fed, or fed by a vibrating bowl.

The coreloader provides the operator with a peace of mind that the cores will always be accurately positioned on the rewind mandrel, for example this allows the operator to concentrate on the quality of the print should it be running inline with a press.
